Position overview:

Develop potential key accounts to achieve target business growth, according to company’s business strategies. Increase sales and improve gross profit;

Meeting the requirements of the Company’s Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental systems, which is mandatory and ensuring that the Company’s policies and procedures are followed at all times.   

Main responsibilities:

• Develop potential key accounts to achieve target business plans;
• Promote and sell Optimas’ total value proposition (products, engineering & logistic)
• Build strategic good relationships with all related functions internally and externally for projects realization and acceleration;
• Develop existing & new customers to its full potential;
• Be aware of market change and competitors activities and report periodically;
• Make sales presentations and solicit RFQs in time;
• Work closely with the global Program Manager/Architector;
• Contract review and signing and E&O discussion & resolutions periodically
• Present sales/key customer report monthly;
• Create and realize business development plan and sales/market forecast;
• Analyze business performance of key accounts and formulate strategies and action plans to improve GP and profitability;
• Assure overall customer satisfactions;
• Other responsibilities maybe assigned by superiors;
• Environmental related: 
• 1.Obtaining customer environmental requirements (including product compliance) and internal communication and communicating with customers on environmental matters when necessary.
• 2. Enter the customer's workplace and comply with the customer's environmental and safety regulations.
• 3. Comply with waste classification policy and dispose of waste correctly.
• 4. Reasonable use of energy and resources, in response to the concept of environmental protection and low carbon.
• 5. Report environmental emergencies (fires, chemical spills, etc.) and participate in evacuation and firefighting exercises organized by the company.

• Good computer skills such as Excel and Power Point;

• University/college degree in marketing/business or engineering;
• Over 5 years of experience, and experience in the fastener or C class components industry and in a multinational company is preferred.
